2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate personalised AI maintenance plans
• Track your service history and upcoming tasks
• Send maintenance reminders (if enabled)
• Process your subscription
• Improve the app experience based on usage patterns
• Send relevant account and service communications

2a. Analytics & Usage Data

We collect usage data to improve the app experience and understand how our features are used. This includes:

• Which screens you visit during onboarding and setup
• Whether you viewed or dismissed the subscription screen
• Subscription lifecycle events (purchase, cancellation, expiration)
• General interaction patterns within the app

This data is associated with your account and stored securely on our servers. It is never sold to third parties.

2b. Email Communications

We may send you the following types of emails based on your account activity:

• Onboarding reminders if you started but didn't finish setting up your bike

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and stored securely on Convex cloud infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to operate the service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Convex (database & backend)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• OpenAI (AI maintenance plan generation — de-identified bike specifications only)
• Sentry (error tracking — crash reports and stack traces in production only, no personal data)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KyroTune, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

KyroTune provides AI-generated motorcycle maintenance plans, task tracking, parts recommendations, and service history logging. Plans are generated suggestions and should not replace manufacturer service manuals or professional mechanic advice.

3. Subscriptions

• KyroTune Pro is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings

4. Disclaimer

AI-generated maintenance plans are recommendations only. KyroTune is not liable for any damage, injury, or mechanical failure resulting from following or not following suggested maintenance schedules. Always consult your motorcycle manufacturer's service manual.

Savings estimates displayed in the app are approximate calculations based on average local labour rates and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual savings may vary depending on your location, mechanic, and specific service requirements.

5. Affiliate Links

Parts recommendations in the app may include affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon, eBay, RevZilla, and J&P Cycles. KyroTune may earn a small commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. This helps support continued development of the app.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
